I teach three classes at the Fitness Haven:

Private Gentle/Prenatal Yoga.  Book a class suitable for anyone seeking to learn and practice basic yoga poses, presented in an easy to follow manner. Each class ends with a 10 minute relaxation period. As a trained Pre-Natal Yoga teacher, I offer tailored private sessions to students and pregnant women.

Sunrise.  Tuesdays 6:30am Welcome the day with an all-levels Sunrise Yoga Class. This is the best time of day to practice yoga. We will work on alignment-focused postures and breathing, aimed at sculpting your core, upper and lower body. Beginners are welcome.

Candlelight Yoga.   Sundays 6:30pm.  Join us in the glow of candlelight for a gentle, restorative yoga class.  Pamper yourself with an hour of relaxation with like-minded people.
