Hi. I’m WanderMama.
My name is Kristyn and I am a mother, traveler, doula and yoga instructor.
I started this blog to relate stories of travel with my kids. I also tell tales of teaching therapeutic yoga in the US, Thailand, Cambodia, and Uganda.
Currently, I teach Gentle/Prenatal, Sunrise, and Candlelight Yoga at The Fitness Haven on State St. in New Haven. On October 22, 2011 I will be teaching a Yoga for Moms workshop at Eco Yoga in Durham, CT. Sign up today!

Reading your blog has become such a fun escape for me on days like today when its just me and the babies at home! Its like I’m reading a novel, but I actually know the main character.
